Discover the Power of Healing Through Writing: A Transformative 6-Week Experience for Adoptees

$675.00

Are you ready to explore connection, healing, and self-discovery in a supportive community? This 6-week online writing program is designed to help adoptees process their experiences, reclaim their narratives, and find empowerment through storytelling.

Modeled after the Migrating Toward Wholeness© experience piloted with the Rudd Adoption Research Program, this series offers:

Trauma-Informed Support – Engage in guided discussions and writing exercises designed to help process emotions, explore identity, and express personal truth in a safe, compassionate space.

Embodiment & Narrative Healing – Writing is more than words on a page—it’s an opportunity to connect with the body, release stored emotions, and explore personal narratives from new perspectives.

Connection Through Community – Join a small, intimate group of adoptees who understand the complexity of this journey. Together, we’ll create a judgment-free space for reflection and growth.

Personalized Guidance – Receive weekly individualized workbook pages to deepen your practice, plus a complete workbook at the end of the series for continued exploration.

A Structured Yet Flexible Approach – Each session follows a carefully designed structure, incorporating targeted prompts tailored to the specific needs of the group. These prompts are directly connected to the Migrating Toward Wholeness (MTW) process, allowing participants to engage in healing and self-reflection in a way that feels both intentional and organic.

This series is open to all adoptees, regardless of writing experience. It’s not about how you write—it’s about what you write and what it reveals. Whether you are just beginning to explore your story or have been processing it for years, this space is designed to support, empower, and guide you toward deeper self-understanding.
